My Marvel Alex Ross life-size bust collection

Since I'm new here, I guess I'm supposed to share my interests and my collection. It's not much obviously but it's expanding. I'm still looking to get the Green Goblin, Silver Surfer, and Thing busts eventually. No place to put these busts though. I went to IKEA the other day looking for a big glass cabinet. Wasn't too impressed with what I saw. Am considering a custom design. Would like to keep these busts stored inside glass cases.
They're huge. Roughly anywhere from 13" to 22" in height made of resin and heavy at 25 to 30lbs. The Wolverine is perhaps my fave.
I also have the SideShow Collectibles life size 21" Spider-Man as you can see. Every fan should have one. It rocks!

You saw that I was indian based on that black/white class photo with the turban guy? Haha!!!
You know, I think I like the Sideshow version better. First off because it's about 11" taller, strikes a better pose, and captures the attention a lot more. They're both good. The only problem I have with the Alex Ross Spidey is that it's a bit small. I think Ross could've made it a few inches bigger. It's still nicely done but it's overpowered by the likes of the other busts.
I believe the Spidey Ross bust is the smallest of all, although I believe the Silver Surfer bust is kinda small too but is made of chrome.

Nice collection, those busts are incredible. I believe there is an Alex Ross Cap bust on eBay right now if you don't already have him.

Yep, I saw him on eBay countless times. There is also the Iron Man head bust. But right now I'm saving for Surfer, Goblin and the Thing. Could take a long time before I am able to complete this particular 'Alex Ross head bust' collection. Maybe a year or 2 years.
I'm looking into some Sideshow Collectibles statues/busts right now too. Bowen is amazing, I love his work too.

That Doctor Doom bust scares the hell out of me when I actually stare closely into his eyes. You almost think, if you stare long enough, that he's going to blink or look directly at you. Kind of eerie. I don't know why but the Doom bust is the only one that gives you the eerie feeling when you stare into his eyes. They did a fabulous job on him. He's a cold evil dude.
