I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I dont think its possible to get better than the Cinemaquete without a $5k price point and having them made in the USA by actual FX artists.

This.
The SS Maquette is THE definitive Predator as far as accuracy goes. It only has two issues: one is the slightly oversized shoulder cannon, the other is that some people felt the need to bash the pose (when actually, the pose is perfect).
The CM piece is great but accuracy is not there, anatomy is wrong and there is no switch out head with biomask, which is a true pity, imho.
It's an awesome statue, but for sure not THE Predator that people make it seem.
I have no issues adding that too many people value the sheer size of their statues like if it was effectively tied to quality, which is plain bulls**t to me.

Anyway, as Python mate said, no need to force it if Jerry prefers to avoid it.

Well said. The unmasked Sideshow face is not painted accurate but overall it's still the best statue released and much more accurate than The CM. I'm actually trying to track down a Sideshow EX maquette again.

Wow - the PCS forum on StatueForums has been getting as many views as the SSC side of the forum!! I think that the 1/3 scale revolution has really made people more interested than ever in PCS.

I noticed that too Bob. Sweet!

E.T. in 1/3 scale. There has never been a high quality statue of E.T.

Same goes for Chucky. It'd be cool to see a statue of Chucky instead of a doll.

1/3 Beetlejuice too if it hasn't been said.

I don't know about that.

Can you imagine what 1/3 statues would cost from Sideshow and XM?

I know i'd be out of the hobby pretty fast.

Not to mention some people don't have the room to put a large amount of 1/3 statues and boxes!
