It's the wire that comes off the door in the center of the window into the armpit.

 you know I didn't even see that one that needs to be attached but I think the one I pointed out should be removed also, it just comes right out of the door.

That's what I thought they were referring to but wasn't 100% certain. Thanks for showing me what I suspected. They don't bother me at all quite honestly, but it would make more sense for 1 especially to not be there. 2 can be adjusted quite easily in 3D proto stage.
