My favorite nut will always be salted pistachios. I cannot have enough of them!! But as a Mexican boy I grew up loving "cacahuates garanpiƱados" (hard caramel coated peanuts) and "cacahuates Japoneses" (Nippon peanuts). They are very common in Mexico and a treat for kids and adults alike.
