I know nothing of the Blue Marvel but Sentry, with the power of a million exploding suns lol, would be 1st if he was alive and wasn't written as crapola.

Let's see there's Supreme, Dr. Manhattan, Black Adam, Superboy Prime (if he's still alive), the Juggernaut, Abomination and Gladiator. Hmm if you take Dr. Manhattan then I guess you'd have to take Molecule Man who could literally drop a planet on all of them and he's human.

Gladiator has to be right there, assuming his confidence level is high.

As I mainly read Marvel, I think I can only honestly give Marvel answers.
NOT in any order:

Thor, Gladiator (Kallark), Sentry, Red Hulk, Hyperion, Abomination, Juggernaut, Hercules, and Drax the Destroyer (formerly) are/were the physically strongest that I know of.

Guys like Namor (when wet), Captain Brittain (formerly), and Wonderman should be in there too, but over the years they seem to have become "lesser" in power than before...

Ofcourse, ALL of them, (and Yes, that means the Hulk too!) pale in comparison to "the Champion", but since he is an Elder of the Universe, I guess he doesn't count...

Hulk is stronger than Thor?

Realy?

I would have to say Thor is the strongest in the MU.

and Superman in DCU.

Edit.

2nd in the MU.
Gladiator Shiar Imperial Guard.

2nd in the DCU.
I don't know?

Okay...even though this is not a popular comment....for a brief period of time the Red Hulk can be stronger than the Hulk, right?

"The Fallen" Hulk apparently had his strength increased a hundredfold (according to the Hulk vs. Dracula mini series).....and Thor still knocked his ass into orbit.

Just sayin'.......
