Guess so people can buy them as they have the money. Can't blame them, if this had come out when I started collecting 11 years ago this would have cost $200.00 to $300.00 and not $900.00. I use to pay $100.00 for Gentle Giant statues and now the cost almost $300.00. Sideshow 1/5 statue cost less $150.00 to $200.00. I use to buy 1/8 maquettes for $50.00. At $900.00 people are going have to buy in sections.

I think SC Wants like $220 for Spider-man, given his larger base I can see why it's more expensive, I expect Gwen to be around $140.... So probably around $650 total once you add in Venom and Carnage....

The prices are brutal. This diorama which is 1/10 scale will cost a ton of money. More than a 1/5 diorama and some 1/4 statues. Secretcompass has Spiderman for $230, Gwen for $170, Carnage for $180 and Venom I'm assuming will be $180 as well. So the diorama will cost $760 or a bit more and that's not including shipping. I would have bought this but that's just ridiculous amounts of money for this scale. I won't do it. I would consider it if the whole thing was $400 to maybe 500 and that's pushing it.

I really think it's going to look great when all put together, but yea... That price is killer, enough to keep me away and I haven't been able to stay away from anything so far

The issue is Iron Studios doesn't have a license to sell Marvel outside of Brazil so people have to pay a premium for the Marvel stuff since they have to buy it through a 3rd party.
And to be a little fair, a 1/5 diorama with 4 characters would cost a lot more then $760

I think I'll wait for these to release and see what prices are on Ebay, lately I've noticed that Marvel stuff can be gotten a bit cheaper on Ebay then what Secret Compass is asking for.
