In the real world plenty of people and companies have debts they cannot pay. POP Culture Shock is just another example.

Hey you guys, I was commenting on a 1/6 collectible figure page about the new ridiculously expensive Threezero 17" Game Of Thrones Dragon being a rip off at $1500 for something that looks like a toy, when you can get the Dungeons and Dragons 24" one for $699, when someone called Jerry popped up bragging to me that he made the Dungeons and Dragons statue and I know nothing, thought he was being a big man.

But little did he know Im a statue collector I know how long some of you have been waiting for your money back or for the statues.
I confronted him with how he has ripped you guys off, he didn't have much to say but it felt good knowing that people wont give in trying to get their money back.

I have put all the images up as you will understand more what I was talking about. He's blocked me now but here is the facebook group if you want to join and comment

In the real world when you have debts you have to pay them off, you can't say "oops the money isn't here". You don't say that to your banker or when you go shopping.

In short, does this mean that the "Pop Culture Shock" company is bankrupt?

This information should be explicitly indicated in order to warn potential buyers so that they do not get scammed/ripped off...

Following my previous message on this forum several users contacted me. We are currently looking at what could be done to get our money back, feel free to come forward if you are also a victim of the "Pop Culture Shock" scammer company.

EDIT :

Complaints should be treated more seriously.

Trust is the basis of business/trade and this is particularly the case in this collector's hobby. We pay relatively large amounts of money to people who are miles away so that they can send us statues in many months....

This kind of negative behaviour from the "Pop Culture Shock" company undermines the credibility and trust in this hobby.
I'm on the same boat, wating fo 6 months....
Dozen emails send and no replys...SS does reply but can't help me ..hope i can help to get our money back.

Jerry and the dudes he sold PCS to fixed the people real good.

They merged with Sideshow leaving anyone due a refund or replacement ‘pre merger’ in complete limbo.

You ask PCS for your money, they stall or point at SS....

You ask SS for help, they refer you back to PCS (rightfully so).

Then PCS just stalls your a$$ out. Double A and his smelly lawyer partner just hide from people for 6 months at a time

AA claims to be a$$ and elbows deep in some sweet cherry pie.

Been waiting about 8 months here. Only days after I purchased statue, was informed PCS could not fill and going through Sideshow. That email gave option to cancel which I promptly did. Over a week later I received notification my statue shipped. Of course I sent back immediately at own expense. Like everyone else I have left countless voicemails and emails with no response. Sideshow does respond, however I don't think they have any idea what's going on either. If I would have known still be waiting 8 months for a refund I would have sold statue myself, even for a lose.

A few months ago Sideshow told me I was in the PCS refund que, although they really didn't know what that meant nor could give ETA on refund. I think it's just a tactic to buy more time.

Sympathies to anyone else going through this mess!

In the past when i've dealt with Sideshow CS over issue's with Sideshow or Hot Toy's products, customer service has been great.

Recently i contacted Sideshow about my PCS Chun-Li 1/3, and they have so far failed to reply. I've contacted them twice in two weeks, and so far, nothing? - it don't make sense.
