Nightwing is probably my fave DC character, so in a way I don't want this film to be made cos I don't want it to be cocked up!

So, apparently, Zack Snyder wanted Dick Grayson to be the Robin that Joker and Harley killed. He would've skipped Jason Todd and Tim Drake altogether in favor of Carrie Kelley.

I'm so glad Snyder will not be involved with future DC movies anymore.

As a huge Dick Grayson fan I was crushed when I heard this......until I remembered whatever Snyder says no longer matter because he is no longer involved in DCEU! THANK GOD But still shook that if Synder was in charge, it would have happened.

We already have Batgirls/infinitely better characters like Barbara Gordon, Cassandra Cain, Stephanie Brown for the female Bat family so I see no need for female Robin much less so for Carrie Kelley. If she was to happen it probably would have meant no movie Batgirls, Red Hood, Nightwing etc. I can’t believe he was planning to throw away these rich characters and storytelling potentials for Carrie Kelley!

Nightwing is my second favorite character after Batman so i'm so happy about the news. I hope they go with the pre-new 52 costume. That's the nightwing costume for me, and the best super hero costume ever.
