My wife & kids gave me the new Golden Age, Superman Omnibus for Father's Day. Love it. I've read plenty of Supe's Golden Age stories in the past, collected in Treasuries or G-A collections, but there's just so much I've missed. This original Superman is almost unrecognizable when compared to the Superman I've read over the past 40 years. His stories tend to be much more spy & corporate curruption themed ... much like the 50's tv series. I'm about a 3rd of the way through, but so far, so great. Love the Darwyn Cooke cover too. -

That'd be a Marvel Omnibus, though. Not that it will happen any soon, since the license isn't theirs any more and it doesn't look like they will fork out for it.
