I am trying to get all the color variations that were distributed at retail. I have the limited 2 packs along with most of color variants except for a few from round 2 and 3. Those Gamestop variants are harder to come by these days.

I feel your pain my friend . I'm still trying to get only one Variant of each figure and I'm only have 5 to go and you are right they are pretty hard to find and pretty expensive plus i collect them MIB.so my hunt
for Sagat, Bison, Balrog, Fei-Long and Birdie Continue

Which color Balrog, Fei and Birdie are you looking for? I have a few doubles(MIB) of those guys.

Whats crazy is we made tens of thousands of each character....so I cant figure out why they are so hard to find.
