Yeah, the one on the right is the PCS version.
I think my only issue with it is the head sculpt (portrait/visor). It just looks like a dude in a Robocop suit and nothing like Weller. Something both Hot Toys an Enterbay seem to have nailed(yes I know their toys).
When I have time going to figure out a way to put the EB head on the PCS body. Overall the proportions between the two pieces seem to be pretty close with the exception of waist/torso area. It's just longer on the PCS version and looks odd from certain angles.
I'm keeping mind for now, but I'll unload it immediately if Chronicle comes to their senses and produces a 1/3 piece or if Cinemaquette/ECC/Steve Wang do something.

Please post a side by side full-body comparison. PCS vs Enterbay.
I want to see how out of wack the Enterbay proportions are compared to the PCS.
But like everyone, and Jerry himself I agree the enterbay lips and cheek likeness is better...

Did you not read my post? With the exception of the waist/torso area, the proportions are not out of wack(hell you can even tell based on the headshot) The PCS version is just taller, probably because it's leaning back which makes the waist area expand a bit.
I'm already out of state for a project, so it will be a few weeks before I can post the full body photos.

I read your post. I appreciate your first hand opinion but I would like to see pictures to formulate my own opinion.
The Enterbay head appears longer than the PCS head, but you say the Enterbay figure is shorter. So, based on those statements: longer head + short body = possible funny proportions.

The head isn't longer. It looks longer because it's not connected to the rubber neck (the mouth piece drops slightly).
