There is no better way of judging a company than by taking its track record.

Yamato made a serious mess of WW, which has lost a lot of the trust that they developed over the years.

It will take time to re-establish confidence, and buyers would be astonishingly foolish not to be cautious with the next few statues after such a mess, as it may be the start of a trend. Trust broken once, could be broken twice.

Regards,

Richard.

I'm not to worried about 1 mistake... Hell SS makes them all the time and they still have a lot of people still buying from them....

Yeah this WW didn't look like the prototype like their other statues have in the past BUT the portrait we got is good looking, just doesn't look like the prototype... I can handle this then getting a portrait that is ugly and doesn't match the prototype, now that would suck..

I will agree that the pose is awkward but I like the statue and I think she looks good in it.

Maybe, but I'm not one of them. SS have a reputation to hold down, which they do admirably by not matching the prototypes. Yamato have made one mistake. Let's kick up a fuss so the first is also the last.

Regards,

Richard

Of course they cut off the only change I'd care about: the left hand. I guess even if they keep the awkward "whoops, I dropped my sword" pose, it at least makes more sense with the shield than the lasso in the other hand.

I really hope she is holding the sword in her left hand.
