What's interesting is that when I preordered this from Speculative Fiction (on Sept 15) it was $399 for the paid in full option - it's now $439 for paid in full... It's still available, but apparently you do get a discount for ordering early...

As Marvelboi77 pointed out shipping is now added to the price tag.
I paid the $399 but since I only live a few hours from his place I'm hoping shipping will be less then $40
