Does it say anything at all like AP? Or Artist Proof?
If not
You may have got yourself a recast wich is a knock off, but I would wait for other forum members to post that know more about this company that produces the Transformers statues.

An un-numbered statue could mean a number of things.
If the statue looks legit I would think it's probably from the extra batch factory made for replacement purpose.
Production smaples usually have writings on the base so it might or might not be some sort of sample.
