I do know they do this, but it is way more common for Breast implants...I would bet its 90% Breasts vs. 10% Ass on people who get implants. And 10% might even be high.

Absolutely not so to the trained eye. Fakies are easy to spot, If not when she's standing still, as soon as she moves. I don't care what they say, there has never been an implant that can mimic the movement of a real breast under gravity's influence. There's a subtlety to the motion of real chesticles that the fake ones can't come close to. Want to know if her boobs are real? Ask her to give'em a shake. The proof is in the jiggle.

I agree, breast implants are way more common and to be honest if a woman needs butt implants then she is not my type. Nothing like a nice round rump.
