Don't really understand why as they have a lot of talented people working for them. Maybe it's because there are too many people working on it giving input?

The head/face on Prime 1's statue's is too elongated. Its definitely a much closer resemblace than Sideshow's, but its still not the accurate representation I would be looking for if I was looking to buy a movie version statue that looked like Gal.

Proportions are almost spot on for the Prime 1 statue, I'll do the two Sideshow ones next.

They've tweaked the portrait. It's still not accurate to the point I preferred the more stylized original version more.
