GOAT = Greatest Of All Time

GOATing = when somebody plays like possessed, like he is proving he is the best of all time, its a term used in sports.

Check tennis for an example. If Federer plays like a boss in one match making his opponent look silly and clueless, then tennis fans use the term

"He is simply GOATing on court right now". (he is unplayable at the moment, he is on fire, he is GOATing)

I love this term, althought Federer is not my favourite tennis player.

I would say this about this piece, by all standards its actually a good piece. but i think everyone(me included) was expecting something in the realm of Thanos.

I wanted something that would blow my socks off and i was ready to pay for it, i figured we'd get something like thanos and around the same price point which was not going to be an issue. I think what also killed them is they teased this when they were unveiling thanos, so it raised everyones expectations as the next big thing from SS.

I would like to think SS may have wanted to go in that direction and something kept them from doing that, because it honestly doesnt make sense to me that after all the clamour for a mags this is what we get. Again, i think its a good piece and i will most likely buy it if they price it sensibly but i wanted and was expecting more

The only thing that bugs me is the fabric cape. Besides that, I'm all in.
It's just as good if not better(imo) than the XM Mags. Some of y'all are kinda freaking out too soon. This is a sweet statue.

If SS released this exact statue 5 years ago, I'm sure people would have gone crazy for it.

One thing I don't think we will ever complain much about from sideshow is the sculpt. With the volume they produce arguably the best. Some other better very limited selection.
But art direction and design ..... even with simple museum poses. Joker Harley. Poison ivy. Etc.... great museum poses. The barrage of captain Morgan poses is crazy. But this is what happens when you don't listen to the people who buy your merchandise. Why so many people jumped ship.
