X-Plus Talos 12" statue

As i massive fan of Ray harryhausen i've always craved a good representation in statue form of his creations, after a lot of searching i found this line that are pretty good.
So i finally bought this guy....Talos from jason and the Argonauts

Do any members own any others from this line?,if so what are your thoughts?,i personally love the Talos piece as it reminds me of my childhood.

And lastly are there any other quality Harrryhausen statues i may not be aware of?

Thanks in advance

In the 12" line, X Plus did both kneeling and standing versions of Talos, the Cyclops (The 7th Voyage of Sinbad), the Ymir (20,000,000 Miles to Earth), Kali, the Centaur and the Griffin (The Golden Voyage of Sinbad), and the three ghouls (Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger). All are great pieces. It's a shame the line ended.

This is the first series of statues I collected. All of them are top-notch, highly-detailed, and the retail prices were surprisingly inexpensive. On the shelf, it looks like you've got Harryhausen's actual models. While folks may have had difficulty recognizing the various superheroes in my collection, they always knew what these creatures were.

There's also a Minoton with spear.

I agree that there should have been more. At the least, I was hoping for a Medusa from Clash of the Titans.

That statue of the three ghouls from Sinbad, I think it is very good and usually found going for a lot less than you'd expect if you look around long enough.

All of the Harryhausen statues from X-plus are awesome. I also wish that they were continued for the other characters that could have been done. Im surprised that they cost so little when you find them on ebay.

This is the "standing" Talos resin statue. It was designed by Toshinobu Takagaki. This is an awesome statue - almost 16" tall if you include the base! That is a quarter for scale.

I believe the artist for this one was different than the kneeling version. You can see especially in the hands. Ray had to have them bigger for the metal skeleton to fit. In the movie they look too big. The artist made the call to make them smaller and I think it was a good idea.

The box is very good too if you like displaying it, too. I love the description, "Exciting Lineup, Decorative Item!!!

i've got the Minaton from the line, he was always my favorite Harryhousen monster, shame theres still so much more genius from the guy to be made and nobody seems to want to do it

and of course not X-Plus but it is from Ray
