I would say that these movies are a good opportunity to feature Spider-Man, but not Peter Parker. You could have anyone wear the suit and just have AG do the voice, no real need for him to remove his mask since he's not the focus this time around.

Boy wouldn't that be nice, but I won't hold my breath on it happening. If it did the potential for the best "Spider-Man" movie would certainly be there.

Well, if it does happen my interest in the film will definitely go up. It would be cool to have Spidey be the antagonist in the film.

Well, the protagonists are the SS, no? I'm not saying Spidey will be a villain, I'm just saying that assuming the focus of the film will be the on SS, Spidey will be the antagonist this time around. We are supposed to be rooting for the villains. It's an interesting idea, but I haven't seen how it would work which is why I haven't gotten too excited about it.

There is no way Spidey is not appearing in this movie. It wouldn't make any sense to most movie goers if he is omitted. Personally I think it's a great idea to give them their own movie. It will negate the need to have an origin story for the inevitable Spidey v SS movie.
Personally speaking as a life long Spidey fan Peter Parker is equally important to me as Spidey.
