One of my cats (the big one) has a lot of discoloration on the face.
They have offered to take it back for a refund but I would like to keep it, just get the issue fixed. They made me go back and get more pictures for seemingly no reason and then almost instantly said they won't replace it and that they haven't replaced anything for this statue, thought I saw some people say here they would rectify but I may have misread that. It certainly doesn't seem like they reached out to HMO at all.
When I reached out to HMO directly they said this
"We will work it out with BBTS, appreciate your patience with us.
Once again, sorry for the inconvenience caused."
