Home made Margarita with tonight's tacos -

•2 ounces of Tequila
•2 ounces fresh Lime Juice
•1 ½ ounces Cointreau or Triple Sec

Shake w/ ice then pour over rocks in a glass that you've dipped the rim in kosher salt. Lime garnish or drop a couple olives in the drink (the salty/sour combo really works)

It's "F"in H-O-T! I'm making Banana Daiquaris -

» 2 oz Light or White Rum
» ½ oz Banana liqueur
» ½ oz lime juice
» ½ small banana, cut into pieces
» ½ cup crushed ice
Blend it all, sprinkle a litle cinnamon on top. If you happen to have a cantaloupe in the fridge, thow in a piece or two.

Cocktails, Baby!
