So just to make sure I'm understanding this correctly. Is the regular an Akuma statue with the eX being the same statue with a shin Akuma portrait that comes with it?

Or is the regular an Akuma statue with an extra Akuma portrait and the Ex is a Shin Akuma statue with two shin akuma portraits?

Regular akuma is blue with red hair. Shin Akuma the Ex is purple and white hair and will come with an extra head also.

thanks for clarifying. I prefer having a separate statue for Akuma and shin. This works perfectly for me.

Only the EX comes with two portraits.

No, regular comes with closed mouth.
EX with closed and screaming.
Letting people choose individual specific heads would become a logistical nightmare for the factory, as much as I'd love to do it.
