Sometimes it just takes showing the pics to a couple people. Ensuring the concern is coming across as intended. And above all else, always be kind in the replies/communications.
I felt you did all of the above and rewarded for it. IMO - that goes a LONG was to resolutions. I work with people from all scopes of life and have no desire to help those who choose to be a$$hats from the start.
