I kind of just grabbed that pic from google because it was the first one I noticed, but honestly now that I'm getting a good look at it, I really like it. I'd be down for a pose like that. Especially at 1/3 scale. Just put her on a bit of a higher base. Would be a very unique pose for a statue like this.
Kira....?

Yeah, crouching pose would work for her and fits her character. Adds a bit of a dynamic element too.

Yeah, and without the need for a huge base.

I'd much prefer a Standing catwoman to match with standing batman and arkham Knight with this pose:
If they were going with a crouching pose I'd prefer this:

In my opinion I think is better an standing pose, neither dynamic nor crouch pose so it match the height with batman and arkham kinght. And standing pose will help in case collecting all the statues of this line. It's very important the space we will need to display all of them together.

Indeed it would. The only detractor to a crouching pose is that you then lose the showcase of the entire costume.

Hi everybody,
We heard a lot about the concern about the pose. We will make to choose the right pose for her. The top contender will be more museum instead action pose. We will keep everybody inform the decision.

all the poses looked at have been good in their respective ways.
personally I'd prefer the museum standing pose to match the line and have her in full view.

Agreed. Standing is the way to go for the museum line since it remains consistent with the other statues and you can fully appreciate all of the detail in the character.
