Is it easy to explain the difference between the different series? I find the EFX offerings rather convoluted to sort out.

Yeah I don't get eFX stuff. It's strange too because I think the majority of people used to work for Master Replicas and the setup was pretty good. I'm also disappointed that they didn't release that TRON helmet. Yet another TRON item that was cancelled.

another helemt claimed to derived from what the film verisons were made from. yeah yeah,,
what every happened to the legendary Hero Stormtrooper helemt?
the one that was made directly from a helemt that was used in the film.
did they ever produce that one?
i dont even see it on their site anymore.

From rebelscum.com boards, according to Gino (eFX related) the Legend edition of this helmet is going to be weathered and will be next.
Regarding the Stormtrooper Legends it is still a go (WIP).

yeah legend always has the weathering or dings and dents. or imperfections that were seen in the film. the limited editions are always a stylized version without all the weathering and imperfections.
well if the stormtrooper hero is still in the works. then why did they take it down off their site?
it was up on there and now its not. the only one they have up there is that stylized mock up they made.

So if the Legend is going to be next why does it say "we can tell you that the Legend Edition helmet will not be available as a separate item" on the email they just sent out?

If they will only offer it to those who buy the clean version they will do nothing more than piss a lot of people off.

becasue its only going to be available with something else.
at least thats how i took it.
i say a scout trooper blaster. or better yet. the legend stormtrooper ANH hero helmet. lol

I wonder what happened to the cheap $1xx version of helmets EFX used to do for stormtrooper (PCRs they call it i think).
They should continue producing those, very affordable and great quality too
