Some time ago my Reika (black) arrived with what i considered to be wonky eyes, one wonky eye atleast.
Neither eye decal looked great. Gloss was lacking. The other issue was paint missing on the hair in various
places. It appeared Prime 1 had failed to live up to their usual high standards.
Having reached out to Prime 1, they could not see any issues with Rieka's eyes, even although i sent them
an image covered in red and green lines, arrows. They suggest i fix the hair paint myself.

I reached out to a company that offers a painting service, at a cost. They offer a 3 month turnaround.
Yesterday i received some images showing the fixed eye,s and fix hair.
My Prime 1 Rieka (black) is now displayable
