Just heard back. They’ve exhausted their replacement stock supply and offered a $60 credit or full refund.

Too bad they don't just pull pieces from other boxes. The EX hand on my returned one was perfect.

The brim of my EX hat was cracked too. It was a clean break. Got it replaced right away tho. The replacement was perfect.
