Anyone know how Adi Granov handles con sketches?

I am starting to think ahead for ECCC this year. Adi Granov is one of my big wants for a piece. Can anyone provide any previous experience regarding how he handles con sketches? Does he typically take a list, or do sketches while people wait? What are his prices like?

Any help would be appreciated.

I saw Adi in Chicago but he wasn't taking con sketches ... I think he said he was working on regular commissions
