Yeah I have to give prop's to XM for explaining the situation, so many companies now a days just ignore the customers when things like this happens...
I think knowing the situation should calm down a lot of people although I'm sure there will still be a few hot heads since they didn't get their order in, but that's the nature of the business..

I would keep checking BBTS.com and the other sites daily, I would bet there will be some cancellations down the road as some people get caught in the hype and order something then later realizing they can't really afford it.
Plus BBTS.com and the other sites might secure a few more statues later down the road...
