How do you know? They have just green lit GoTG 2 because of it's box office success. It was never guaranteed and this was confirmed by Gunn.

GoTG 2 was already planned before the first film was released, you even opened a thread about it. Not to mention GoTG is a Marvel movie whereas Lucy is not. And Feige already excplained a solo BW movie is not among their plans as of now. It's simple logic based on facts.

It was not guaranteed. And was only greenlit after it's successful BO opening. Facts confirmed by Gunn. We still don't have a list of movies just dates so we only have partial facts. A BW movie is still possible and had not been ruled out until those movie titles are released. And it could still happen as one of the lower budget movies hinted at. Lucy only cost 40 million.

Short time memory problem? We had this exact same discussion before and you posted that link too . That article is incredibly dated and it's nowhere a reliable source, as I said before. And we all know now that Luke Cage is getting a TV series with other heroes that don't get a movie adaptation.

I disagree. Lucy was a box office success and garnished moderate praise among critics. The plot is a little bit silly but the acting is solid, specially Johansson's. She is a star and people want to see her on the big screen in solo projects. I am sure that Marvel/Disney will take notice of that sooner or later.

Although Marvel has dates for upcoming films, they are not set in stone and only tentative. It depends a lot on the success of each individual film. GOTG 2 is a clear example of that. A black Widow solo movie is as possible as a Howard the Duck one (I rather pay to watch Scarlett than a talking bird).
