Hey man, you never know. Some crazy peeps out there today. Of course, they'll probably use a cheaper toy gun instead of a $100 one.

Regarding the orange tip, I think they do this on most if not all BB guns nowadays. One can always paint over it, I guess. It's not a big deal to me. I'm just happy that he's a gun and not something else.

I hope they'll have a nice case for him to house all his extensions and accessories.
