saw a preview promo for the second episode of season 2, it looks like a lot is going to happen. I'm wondering if this one will be 90 min long also, or if they'll go back to 60 now for the regular season shows.

It was 90 minutes long. Great first episode for season 2, really glad the show is back.

So anyone into this show still?
I enjoy it, despite the moments where it almost seems to be making fun of me for watching. But I'm still in. It is entertaining.

Watched the first 4-5 episodes with another 3-4 recorded. I have enjoyed it so far.

I think it is has actually gotten better in the 2nd season, lots of fun stuff going on. Looks like there is a lot of mythology they can tap into for the series. never read the comics so not sure how true to the comics it is.

I have been keeping up with it. I would not rank it in my top five, but I am enjoying it nonetheless. I normally dislike when a show/movie deviates too much from its source material, in this case the novels, but I am having fun with the direction they are taking it.

I'm still baffled by them replacing the kid in this show and the functional alcoholism is a story arc I could have done without. That being said, I continue to enjoy it and can't wait to see each new episode.

Last episode was the best episode so far, IMO. Starting to get really good.

I look forward to it every week, with a usual second viewing of each episode using On Demand.
I like how the master has enemies of his own kind after him.
I really enjoy the formerly blind children who now have extra powers of speed and perception as vampires.
There isn't a character on the show that I don't find interesting.
I think the kid needs to wake up and realize that his mom is a vampire.
