All the ones' I've seen on here, mine included look mostly the same to me and a bit too dark IMO(mine also has alot of green). I looked close at Steves' photos and it could be the lighting but I'm just seeing a slightly cleaner, lighter color looking helmet with much less of the green paint (almost none). This one looks different to me from all others I've seen so far, like the look of this one way more. Don't get me wrong they all look great just this one looks nicer to me, then again could be the the photos, lighting.

Size always matters especially with statues.
This would be my favorite piece of the year if it wasn't for Macaluso's Shin Akuma. I see this Anubis having a better chance of winning though.

I'm not sure why it looks so coppery in the pictures I took. In person it is darker. My guess is that they painted it the copper color first and then added a light layer of green "tarnish". The camera must be picking up the cooper color underneath.
I just used my iphone camera and the normal lighting in the room. The room is painted blue (in the pictures it looks brown) so maybe the colors are off.

Thanks guys. It is a great looking piece of art that's for sure.
I think the lighting you put on the it can make a difference to how it looks.

I see four at eBay now. Buy It Now prices range from $2,400 (USA) to $3,276 in Germany.

It is here.
Too bad I can't even lift the big box so I can tip it to get it out.
I'll just stare at the box for a few days. That's okay, I don't have the correct kind of screwdriver yet anyways.
So excited! Wish I could take a peak.

Just display it in the box and put a picture of Anubis on the top box.

You don't need a screwdriver. I just hand tighten my bolts but if you want to tighten them I would suggest a small wrench or socket on the nut.

Congrats Fremen! It looks like a great weekend project. What could be better than assembling a 1-1 Anubis prop replica?
Good luck! I am looking forward to pics and a video review when you are able to get to them.
