While I do not remember how it relates in time to Teela's PO, I DO remember TH saying how they will charge the flat rate shipping separately, closer to time of shipping, than together with the PO even if you paid in full. I remember because my friends and I commented on how dumb we thought it was to do that... why make things more complicated? But whatever, maybe there are laws? Or some people complained? Who knows....

nope. fully paid at TH website. did not receive any shipping invoice like that. still says processing.

I order from Tweeterhead and paid in full up front. I have not received any messages from Tweeterhead or anyone else.
My understanding was that shipping was included if paid in full. I wonder, those of you who received the message, are you in the US or outside the US? It might make a difference.

They just posted that she is almost in their possession and are getting the U.S. shipping invoices out followed by the international. So, it is a valid invoice.
