Batman has is cushy in Gotham - lots of people are not as intelligent as they crazy. Spider-Man is fighting intelligent crazy people, aliens, and just bruisers. That's my argument for why Bruce wouldn't make it.
People always acting like Superman is the be-all-end-all why Batman should win every fight ever. He had his back broken by Bane, let's not act like Bruce is some god who can't lose.

i think if batman was familiar with them he could take em'... he would study their weakness' and have contingencies in the event that they teamed up. im guessing he would dispatch electro, shocker, vulture and sandman pretty quickly
