I never thought this would happen to me. SideShow and Prime 1 Studios are giving me the runaround. Be wary if you're ordering from SideShow for Prime 1 statues. I have two other statues on preorder, thank goodness both are from BBTS, but I won't be ordering any more after that unless this gets rectified.

Eh not much of a run around. Just get your money. Your sale is considered an acceptable loss by both Sideshow and Prime1.

If the other 2 statues with BBTS are P1 statues I doubt you'd get any better offer than a full refund including shipping.

Is this the norm for you Prime 1 statue collectors? Waiting a year or two just to get a broken piece or paint problem with no recourse from the first party and middleman aside from a full refund?

Most people don't receive broken statues regularly.

I'm new to collecting and haven't purchased from prime1 before but I really want the berserker armour. I like the EX version because the exclusive head looks better. My Reference is to the Griffith Statue, Which the only difference between SS EX one vs standard is the Beherit piece .. VS the Direct From Prime 1 has the Helm Sculpt.

The Berserker armor, should be safe bet on waitlist, they have make another batch of them in bulk due to the current issue going on. I am quite sure the waitlist will open to order ... Griffiths did and that has yet to ship.
