I interpreted it as Tony, more from Newsarama's hint than Joe's, but Cap would make more sense. Over the last few years, I got the impression Marvel wanted Genis out of the way to make Marvel Boy (not Marvelboi...) the new Captain Marvel - I doubt we will ever see Genis again, which is a shame because he was a great character in Avengers Forever and the first David run on his book. I'm not sure whether Marvel Boy's appearance in Young Avengers/Runaways makes it more likely or less that he will play a part in this return.

Mar-vell was one of my favorite heroes. I do not want him to come back. The only way I would want him back is if they did "Untold Tales" mini series like they did several years ago.

I hate this idea. Also, I think it's premature to say he "wins" with the implication Cap loses. Let's see how the story finishes out.

Premature?
Yeah, I know it is. I just like to see some sort of redemption for Iron Man after his portrayal so far during the Civil War.
Personally, I think he's a good fit for director of SHIELD, at least for a little while, until they re-instate Fury.
