Are you talking about these too

The one leg up one leg down is preety much standard now . Choosing an Archers pose for superheroes with bows and arrows would be logical I would think , apart from that the notion that sideshow would copy a pose is ludicrous. The sculptor often re uses their own pose but copying is a stretch.

Hell the Green Arrow pose completely destroys Xm’s. Sideshow are league above anyone else when it comes to subtle body and pose details which totally brings a piece alive and this is honestly the best comparison to show that.

And Doom on Throne was before Loki.

I think between the 2, I'd have to give it to sideshow with green arrow. The pose just looks more natural and well balanced to me.

I don’t care really what is said. XM made this ages ago. It’s way too similar so everyone relax. As for sideshow being superior with subtle poses they should try being superior with their QC because that battle was lost ages ago.

I can’t stand these characters I’m out!

I think both of them look really good, and would display well together if one was inclined to do so. Personally, I give a slight edge to GA. I like the character better, and he does have a more realistic look to him.

From an archery form/mechanics standpoint, they are both terrible and they both would be lucky to hit anything smaller than the hulk. And they both have only two fingers holding the bowstring! Fail!

On a side note, is that a custom base on the above Hawkeye? All the other pics I've seen have him standing on a pipe and a concrete block instead of those two little platforms.

No, it was the original base before they changed it.

Anyone know where they got the idea for the base?

Green Arrow? I think it (the water) alludes to the origin of GA, where he trained on the island he was stuck on. Well, at least that was the original origin.
