Received mine yesterday and yes it's an awesome. The teeth doesn't look that bad in person, way better than in pics (even if mine has a "tooth decay")

But something bother me...does your Weapon X has this kind of paint flaking?

Should I ask for replacement?

Also I have black line on one of the finger, don't know if it can be removed.

Wow that's really magnified. Seeing post like this make me scared to sell a statue on Ebay.

You may be able to erase that black line using a pink pencil eraser. I've had that on other statues and the eraser worked wonders.

but the paint flake is a problem. If you pick at it with your finger nail does it come off?? That would require a replacement IMO. or is that an optical illusion and just some of the clear resin from the water effect?

In fact I was looking at how beautiful the claws are and then I noticed "this". At first I was thinking "they broke the finger and then glued it back", but after taking the photo i'm pretty sure it's not that.

Thanks for the tip! The pink pencil eraser do not remove the clear coat?

Looks like something went wrong with the clear resin on the hand?
Or the paint from the skin where the blade comes out sort of flaked off and dried up on the knuckle?

The pencil eraser will remove a very little bit of paint but not noticeable, press hard and fast for a second or two and see how much of the black line comes off. Then repeat until it's to your liking.

As for that flaking, how noticeable is it at normal viewing distance and how fragile is the paint in that location? if it comes off easily then that's a problem.

it's barely noticeable at normal distance (1m) and clearly at 50cm.
I didn't try to touch this area...I think i will contact XM about this.
