If we are only 2% as Sideshow claimed, that is at least 200 broken catwoman statues.

Question: I like the idea of sending the broken piece back for a full refund, and then re-ordering to save time and hassle with receiving bad parts that don't fit after waiting 6 months or so. However, in the case of Catwoman, the EX is that head with the goggles down. Are there still EXs available to do that? Would you keep the EX head, and get a Regular?

Has to be an extra zero right? There’s only 800 regulars and 400 EXs but I can’t believe there’s only 20-30 broken ones. If we get another 6-8 ppl on here sayin her legs are borked then it gets into statistical probability issues.

You have to return the whole thing unfortunately. Had the same issue with the P1 G1 Optimus energy axe. It all has to go back, cross your fingers and if they run out of stock you're stuck with no goggled head.
The only way to keep the EX head would be to wait for the replacement parts because you're not actually returning the whole statue. But then you have to worry if the head fits on the new body. I think it's all one piece, the leg and body.

I won’t be accepting any more subpar statues regardless of whether they are out of stock. This whole hobby has become less fun with all the QC issues I’m seeing. Prime 1 went from being one of the best in that regard to now fighting for the title of worst. Their Facebook group policy says it all.

Just speculating here, but perhaps the way her body is seated in the styrofoam, the legs are taking the brunt of the impacts to the boxes while in transit. For a 1/3 scale piece, her box is really small, so there’s not a lot of cushion there.

That’s a good point there. The only positive was the much cheaper shipping on CW relative to other recent 1/3 scale pieces:- (And while Catwoman herself may be a smallish statue in comparison her base is not).
Hush Batman ($150 California, $200 NY, NJ, FL, 210 Ontario - $213 Canada, $290 UK)
Hush Superman ($80 USA, $100 MD, FL)
Catwoman ($48.91 TN, Oklahoma, $52.01 NY, FL, $55.77 Maine)
Doomsday $275 (Florida, Montana, Oklahoma, New York, Arizona, $475 UK)
Arkham Knight Joker ($150.97 New York, $218 USD?, $216/$275 Canada, $319.55 Spain)
Arkham Origins Joker ($132.03 California, $148.79 Oklahoma)
