I wouldn’t be surprised if Sideshow already owned the distribution rights to that (to lock it down and prevent competition), but maybe not as I would’ve thought that if you don’t create a piece the licence would lapse?

That’s what most of us are assuming. But SS doesn’t seem interested in a 1/3 line it seems.

Who knows how long before the license would lapse.
