I was actually more considering a discussion of Scocth, Benny Hill, Hagiss and Sheperd's Pie.

Well I am on the other island lol but I can talk about Irish Whiskey and if you like Hagiss you might like Black Pudding since its full of blood and guts

Head Cheese, Tongue, Bloodwurst...anything with gristle and guts just needs the right spices.
