Doesn't address the refund situation still but yes it's a good thing.
I wonder how they are going to add existing PCS orders to your Sideshow account.
I have to say ordering Ultra Ryu will be even easier now......but no more 5% import charges.....definitely a double egded sword for me because i never had any problems and the 5% import charges meant prices were pretty good direct still......

Yeah it's giant steps in the right direction.
Facebook is blowing up with questions, regarding orders, order transfers, refunds etc

Should never have strayed from this same original PCS model years ago.
Jerry was always in over his head and if he truly wanted to focus on "Art" this is how he would have kept things.

Yep all your current PCS orders will show on your Sideshow account.
I imagine there's going to be some sort of system so the correct orders go on to the correct account.
Since it's in Sideshow hand i'm really hoping this is all done smoothly.

Yeah, wonder what this means for a paid in full preorder. If it shows up in my sideshow order log I’ll be happy, but love to know how that will happen since I have different email accounts for each.

Pretty sure they are going to provide some sort of online tool where you will be able to integrate your account.
