I think they try to do that for art prints so that the early orders get lower edition numbers, but as others have stated, statues seem to be a different story.

Thank you all for sharing your PO experiences.
I always imagined that Sideshow would work prioritizing the order sequence exactly in the order in which the POs arrived, and the first numberings accordingly, because I requested the Flash SS REG on the first day, as soon as it was available on the website, and I received the part in the first shipment and with the number 0021/1200 . The same happened with Dr. Strange Mockup. I made the PO on the first day and received the part 0031/1000. And both came in the first shipments.

I can attest to the theory that Sideshow probably doesn’t fulfill by Pre-order date. I remember being among the lucky ones to receive the Prime 1 JL Wonder Woman 1:3 statue in the first batch and recall someone complaining because they pre-ordered within the first hour. So surely I must have pre-ordered before him? No. I was actually a waitlist conversion and should’ve been among the last. And if I recall correctly, the next batches came 4 to 6 months later with higher shipping costs.

Would it be sacrilege to customize this into U.S. Agent?

I received the email to be charged today for Cap but I wasn't. Not sure if it was an error on their part or if there's a delay in shipment.

The mouth looks fine. It's the belt pouches, the silver shield and the forearm that misses here.
