Wasn't sure. Don't know much about PCS. I thought that was one of the complaints about them but glad it's not the case.

Bring on all the G1!

He-Man went pretty deep, as did MK klassic.

SF is still going.

Things that didn't go deep either never meant to such as Legend/Robocop or were very ambitious such as American Werewolf/Planet of the apes.
Thundercats is a prime example of lines being canceled after a couple statues.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I think they are one of the few companies that have pumped adredeline in their lines to keep them going. poor management in past has affected sales but the attempt was always there and I love pcs for that.

It's obviously cartoon-inspired, or Transformers Devastation-inspired, which means less detail. And at the scale and price point they want it at, it's not going to look as "nice" as the larger, more detailed statues.

Thundercats isn't a great example because that was when they sold Exclusives through Sideshow and they needed to sell a good chunk of them.

Now it seems that if they can sell 150-200 EX and another 150 of a variant it's all good and the line will continue.

But at this point the only thing that's gonna make or break this line is as always PCS addressing CS concerns, refunds and delivering product in good time.

They still need to fix all this and regain all the confidence that has been lost in collectors.

And putting out a 10 inch Optimus Prime for under $150 seems like a good thing, if it takes 2 years plus no one will care again...

I was going to reply but they've made at least
13 with the He-man license
Street Fighter for 10+ years
Mortal Kombat for at least 5 years
And these are small licenses.

Personal preference I suppose.

For some, these could look nicer and give a real kick in the nostalgia pants.

That is a lot!

Now I'm trying to figure out why I thought they only went shallow into their lines. Maybe I confused them with Prime 1. Too many companies to keep up with!
