Ah Mal Strife, good questions.
The bust bottom left is moderately rare. Her name is Jade and the other obviously is Jade Variant (as she has fangs). They are one of my rarer items and come as a pair, are largeist and very hard items to locate since they were never released commercially. At one stage I found a pair rated at US$600+ on eBay but needless to say I did not buy them. I'm not sure how many there are in the world as they were never numbered and I have only ever seen 3 pair advertised of which I own one pair.
The other bust that you mentioned is called Bionica Bride of Metropolis Bowen Mini Bust and was released in 1998. Sculpted by Randy Bowen. Hope this helps.
