Better, since you will likely have a much better shot at gettng something from the artist you want to see, especially compared to SDCC these days. Unfortunately, I won't be attending this year. I have attended it once in the past and it was very well run (I'm in Canada and don't get to US cons much). The guest list this year is just outstanding though. COuldn't help myself from setting up a couple of pieces for a friend to pick up at the show.
