Yeah. All this talk about beam size is a joke. This could be any number of docking a frames... Or a piano hoist.
People saying this statue is tease due to beam thickness need to eat some shrooms, and relax...

You should. Though I can't officially confirm first hand as I've never used points on any of the pieces I've had to return due to QC issues. My guess is they handle things like that on a case by case basis rather than applying a blanket rule though.
