I do not sell on ebay. But my sister won't get out of there. What's wrong with him?

as previous poster said, it is a possibility so pack nicely and get insurance. But chances of that happening is very very small, i mean almost all the buyers i deal with are honest people. only issue i had with ebay was preordering a statue from china. big mistake, never got the money back.

I’ve never had an issue. Pack carefully, insure your package, do not use friends and family, check buyers feedback. Take pictures of packaging process, and send them to buyer via eBay email system.

You will have your funds on hold until the dispute is fixed. The buyer will have its full refund and u can have the broken or swapped statue shipped back to you at ur cost.
