Head over to the F4F Collectors Club for a sneak size comparison of Nito Vs Arty in 3D.

Alex is saying to keep him in scale he would be as big or bigger than bowser and pushing $900.

Who's in at $900 and would you sacrifice scale to save money?

Well Alex has said it'll be around 3 times to amount of materials of Artorias... And looks to be at twice as big as Artorias.

That's potentially a statue well above 30 inches tall with a huge foot print, easily as big as a 1/3 piece.

It needs to be right to keep it around the 1/6 scale precedent that's been set.

$900 is crazy for a 1:4 scale statue. Doesn't PCS charge around 1k or a bit more for a 1:3 mixed media statue? Why would a 1:4 scale cost so much then?

A character like Nito doesn't need to weigh a ton either, even if keeping to scale. A large portion of his body is covered in his cloak, and it basically a jumbled mess of skeleton parts. They could use a variety of techniques to keep his scale in tact without having to produce a solid 50 lb. chunk of body mass that was essential for creating Bowser.

Scale doesn't mean ---- only the size and paint apps. A 30inch statue going for 900 is the market rate atm. Oh please don't do mixed media when the cloak is central to the statue.

With all the frayed ends, tiny hairs, etc. a fabric cloak would be better in this case IMO. Looks aside, that's gonna be a breakage nightmare with so many thin appendages covering the figure.

30 inch statue at $900 is very fair, the question is only if someone would spend that much for this statue

Some great news for fans of the franchise:

https://www.polygon.com/2018/1/11/16...e-trailer-date

Never played any Dark Souls, only the Bloodborne series from FromSoftware, but I spent the last few days wondering if I should buy DS 2 and/or 3 for PS4. Well, I will take this news as a sign that I should start playing the series lol.

Dark souls line is actually more like 1:6 scale, if Nito was 1:4 he'd be massive, these are boss characters who make the player character look tiny.

Imagining something like this though with all that sculpted detail and a huge quality fabric cloak...

Scale makes no difference, as other have said it's all bout size, details, sculpt and paint and Nito would be a tour de force in all.
